Shipping Terms and Agreement.
We can ship to the following States.

* Florida Shipping to direct consumers in the following zip codes is NOT allowed: 32013, 32066, 32321, 32334, 32335, 32360, 32331, 32059, 32340, 32341, 32350, 32008, 32062, 32094, 32060, 32064, 32071, 32427, 32437, 32463, 32428, 32462
All shipments will require a signature of a person at least 21 years of age. The person signing must physically be available for the delivery, a signature cannot be left for carrier. Most shipments are sent using Fedex Ground. Time To Wine, Inc will not be responsible for shipments delayed due to consumer not available to sign for shipment.
Title to the wine you order passes to you as it leaves our doors. It is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
Backorders and Discontinued Products: In rare instances, we may have an item
that is on backorder or has been suddenly discontinued by the manufacturer.
In the case of backorders, you will be notified of the backorder date and
given the option to wait for the backorder or cancel your order and receive
a full refund. In the case of sudden discontinued items, we will do all
possible to find a replacement product for your consideration or we will
issue a full refund.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. In the event that an adult signature cannot be obtained at time of delivery, the buyer will be charged for the return shipping.
A 15% restocking charge may apply. Special Order items such as decanters are not returnable. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. No items will be accepted without an RMA. No Refunds are given on wine purchases.
